01What we have done
- semantic HTML with landmarks, headings in a logical order and a “skip to content” link;
- full keyboard access, including the Services menu, with visible focus indicators;
- menus and expandable sections announce their state to screen readers (
aria-expanded); - text and interactive elements designed for sufficient colour contrast;
- responsive layouts that work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens;
- animation reduced or removed when your device has “reduce motion” turned on;
- form fields with visible labels and clear error messages;
- decorative images hidden from assistive technology and meaningful images described with text alternatives.
02Known limitations
- The Services menu contains a large number of links. We provide a full service catalogue page as an easier alternative.
- Our enquiry and privacy-request forms open your email application. If that doesn't work with your setup, email us directly instead.
- Some third-party content we link to, such as social media, is outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
We have tested with keyboards and automated checks. We plan to carry out further testing with screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver and will update this statement with the results.
