Do we need clean data before starting an AI strategy engagement?
No. Assessing your data is part of the work. We look at what you hold, where it lives and its quality, then tell you which use cases are feasible now and which need groundwork first. Many useful starting points, such as document handling or support assistants, need less historical data than people expect.
Will you push us towards a particular AI vendor?
We stay vendor-neutral. Recommendations depend on your data sensitivity, existing cloud, budget and in-house skills. Sometimes that means a hosted model API, sometimes an open-source model on your own servers, and sometimes a ready-made SaaS tool rather than custom development.
