How involved does our leadership team need to be?
Expect a few structured interviews with each department head and two or three review workshops with the owner or CXO group. Most of the analysis happens on our side, but the roadmap only works if leaders agree the priorities, so their time at key checkpoints is essential.
Will the roadmap tie us to buying from you?
