Predictive Analytics & Forecasting
Machine learning models that forecast demand, sales, cash flow or churn from your historical data, giving planners realistic ranges to work with instead of gut-feel estimates.
Overview
Why it matters
for your business.
Over-stocking ties up cash; under-stocking loses sales. Hiring too late hurts service. Many businesses plan with spreadsheets and last year’s numbers, missing seasonality, festivals, promotions and regional patterns. We build forecasting and predictive models from your sales, operations and customer data, combined where useful with external signals such as holidays or weather.
We begin with simple, explainable baselines and only add complexity when it measurably improves accuracy on held-out data. Forecasts come with ranges, not single numbers, because uncertainty is real. Results are delivered into the dashboards or planning tools your team uses, models are retrained on a schedule, and accuracy is tracked so everyone knows how far to rely on them.
What's included
- Data audit and feature preparation
- Forecasting or prediction models with baselines
- Backtesting report on historical accuracy

Outcomes
What changes
for your business.
Ideal for
- Retailers, distributors and FMCG companies
- Manufacturers planning production and procurement
- Subscription businesses tracking customer churn
Better stock planning
Inventory and production decisions reflect expected demand, including seasonal and festive peaks.
Earlier risk signals
Churn or payment-delay predictions help teams act on at-risk customers before problems grow.
Honest uncertainty
Forecast ranges help planners set buffers sensibly rather than trusting a single precise-looking figure.

FAQ
Common
questions.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
How much historical data do we need for forecasting?
Typically at least two years of consistent data helps capture seasonality, though shorter histories can still support useful models. Data quality matters as much as length. Our initial audit tells you what is feasible and which gaps, such as missing stock-out records, affect accuracy.
Can the model account for events like Diwali or a promotion?
Yes. Festivals, holidays, promotions and price changes can be included as inputs, provided you have records of past events. Unprecedented events, such as a sudden market shock, cannot be predicted from history, so planners should adjust forecasts using judgement.
