Can you review an architecture that another vendor built?
Yes. Much of our consulting work involves reviewing existing products. We assess the code and infrastructure objectively, highlight what is working well, and explain risks in plain terms. We need read access to repositories and cloud accounts, and time with whoever knows the system best.
Do you only advise, or can you implement the recommendations?
Either. Some clients take our roadmap to their in-house team; others ask us to implement part or all of it. If your team implements, we can stay available for design reviews and questions so decisions stay consistent with the agreed architecture.
