02Project-specific subprocessors
Depending on the services, client projects may involve additional providers, for example:
- cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure;
- AI model providers, such as OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or Anthropic (Claude), only where AI features are part of the agreed scope;
- messaging and communication platforms, such as WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email delivery providers;
- payment gateways and other integrations the client chooses.
Each project's subprocessors are named in the statement of work or order form and approved by the client before personal data is processed. Where a client contracts a provider directly, that provider is the client's processor, not ours.
03How we choose subprocessors
Before we use a subprocessor, we review its security and privacy practices, and we require contractual data protection commitments that are no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement.
04Changes and notifications
We update this page before a new subprocessor starts processing personal data. Customers with a DPA receive at least 14 days' notice by email and can object as described in the DPA. To be notified of changes, email privacy@yashmitra.com.
