How is this different from a full IT strategy?
An assessment diagnoses the current state and recommends next steps. A strategy goes further, setting multi-year priorities, budgets and governance. Many clients start with an assessment, then decide whether a full roadmap is worth it based on what the findings show.
Will the assessment disrupt our staff?
Very little. The survey takes most people a few minutes, and interviews are short and scheduled around busy periods. System checks are read-only. We avoid month-end, GST filing dates and peak seasons when planning the fieldwork.
