CI/CD Pipeline Development

Automated build, test, security scan and deployment pipelines for your applications, helping your team release smaller changes more often with fewer manual steps and fewer production surprises.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Manual releases are slow and error-prone. Someone builds on their laptop, copies files to a server, forgets a migration and the site breaks on a Friday evening. Continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines replace this with an automated, repeatable path from commit to production, with quality checks at every stage.

We design pipelines around your branching model and environments. Each change is built, unit tested, scanned for vulnerable dependencies and code issues, and packaged as a versioned artefact. Deployments to staging run automatically, while production releases can require approval. Database migrations, smoke tests and rollback steps are built in, and pipeline definitions live in your repository as code.

Outcomes

What changes
for your business.

Ideal for

  • Product teams releasing manually today
  • Agencies maintaining many client applications
  • Regulated teams needing auditable releases

Frequent, smaller releases

Automation removes release friction, so your team can ship improvements in small, low-risk increments.

Earlier defect detection

Tests and scans run on every change, catching problems before they reach staging or customers.

Traceable deployments

Every release links back to a commit, build and approver, which helps with audits and troubleshooting.

How we deliver

A clear, accountable
process.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined approach, adapted to the size and urgency of your project.

  1. 01

    Assess

We review your current systems, costs, risks and constraints, and agree what success looks like.

  2. 02

    Design

You get a target architecture and a phased roadmap with clear effort, risks and dependencies.

  3. 03

    Implement

We build, configure or migrate with change control, testing and minimal disruption.

  4. 04

    Operate & optimise

Monitoring, documentation and regular reviews keep performance, security and costs on track.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

We have very few automated tests. Is CI/CD still worth it?

Yes. Even without many tests, automating builds and deployments removes manual errors. We add basic smoke tests and linting from the start, then help your developers grow test coverage over time, so the pipeline becomes more valuable as the suite expands.

Which CI/CD tool should we use?

Usually the one closest to where your code lives. GitHub Actions suits GitHub repositories, GitLab CI fits GitLab, and Azure Pipelines works well in Microsoft-heavy environments. Jenkins remains useful for complex on-premise needs. We recommend based on your existing tooling.
