Employee Self-Service Portals

Employee self-service portals where staff access payslips, apply for leave, update details, submit claims and find policies in one place, easing the routine query load on HR and admin teams.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

HR teams often spend much of their day answering the same questions: leave balance, payslip copies, Form 16, reimbursement status and holiday lists. Employees, meanwhile, wait for replies to simple requests. We build employee self-service portals that put this information and these actions in employees’ hands, on desktop or mobile, in a single sign-on experience.

The portal connects to your existing HRMS, payroll, attendance and finance systems rather than duplicating them. Employees apply for leave, submit expense claims with receipts, declare investments for TDS and raise HR or IT requests. A searchable policy library and announcements keep everyone informed. Where useful, a conversational assistant answers common policy questions using your own approved content.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

How is this different from an HRMS?

An HRMS is the system of record used mainly by HR to manage employee data and processes. The self-service portal is the employee-facing layer, bringing together actions from the HRMS, payroll, finance and IT into one simple experience. If your HRMS already has a good portal, we may extend it instead.

Can staff without company email access the portal?

Yes. Factory, retail or field staff can sign in with mobile OTP linked to their employee ID. Shared kiosks at sites are another option. Access rules ensure each person only sees their own records, and the interface can be offered in regional languages.
