API Development & Systems Integration
Third-Party API Integration
Connect your software to the external services your business relies on, with integrations that handle errors, rate limits and API changes gracefully.
Overview
Why it matters
for your business.
Modern applications depend on outside services for things like KYC verification, GST lookups, credit checks, translation, AI models, document signing or travel inventory. Integrating them looks simple in a demo, but real-world calls fail, time out, hit rate limits and change without much notice. We build integrations to third-party APIs that keep working when the external service misbehaves.
For each provider, we review the documentation, authentication method, limits, sandbox and terms of use before writing code. Integrations are wrapped in a dedicated layer with retries, timeouts, caching and clear error messages, so a failing provider does not crash your whole application. Credentials are stored securely, calls are logged for troubleshooting and alerts warn you when an external service starts failing.
What's included

- Integration layer with retries and timeouts
- Secure credential storage configuration
- Sandbox and production test results
- Call logging and failure alerts
- Integration runbook for your team
Outcomes
What changes
for your business.
Ideal for
- Fintech and lending platforms using KYC services
- SaaS products adding external data sources
- Businesses connecting AI or verification services
Resilient connections
Your application keeps running gracefully even when an external provider is slow or temporarily unavailable.
Easier troubleshooting
Detailed logs show exactly what was sent and received when something goes wrong.
Swappable providers
A clean integration layer makes it practical to change vendors later without rewriting your application.

FAQ
Common
questions.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
What do you need from us to start an integration?
Typically, access to the provider’s documentation and sandbox, API credentials or a developer account in your name, details of how the data will be used and access to your application codebase. If the provider requires a commercial agreement or approval, such as for KYC or credit data, that needs to be in place first.
What happens when the third-party provider changes their API?
Because integrations are isolated in one layer, updates usually affect a small part of your code. We recommend subscribing to provider change notices, and under a maintenance plan we monitor deprecations, test against new versions and update the integration before old versions are switched off.
