Do you need access to our live systems during the consulting phase?
Not necessarily. Read-only access or sample exports are usually enough to assess quality and structure. We sign an NDA, limit access to named consultants and avoid copying personal data where aggregated or masked extracts will do.
Will the roadmap lock us into a particular vendor?
No. We explain the trade-offs between options such as Power BI, Tableau or open-source tools, including licence costs and skills needed. The final choice is yours, and the roadmap remains usable whichever platform you select.
