Can you collect data from vendor portals that have no API?
Sometimes. We first check for exports, SFTP drops or email reports. If none exist, controlled browser automation may work, subject to the vendor’s terms of use. We flag fragile approaches clearly so you can weigh the maintenance effort.
How do you handle failures when a source is unavailable?
Each job logs its run, retries with back-off and alerts a named contact if it keeps failing. Partially processed batches are quarantined rather than loaded, so downstream reports never silently show incomplete figures.
