Identity & Access Management

A coherent strategy and platform for managing who your users are, how they prove it and what they can access, across employees, partners and customers, throughout their lifecycle.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Identity has become a central security control. When employees, contractors and customers each have separate, unmanaged accounts across dozens of applications, joiners get access slowly, leavers keep it too long and nobody can say who has access to what. IAM brings this under control as a programme rather than a single feature.

We assess your current identity landscape, then design and implement an identity platform covering central directories, authentication policies, provisioning and deprovisioning, periodic access reviews and privileged account handling. SSO, MFA and RBAC are building blocks we deliver within this architecture. The result is consistent, auditable identity governance across your organisation.

Outcomes

What changes
for your business.

Ideal for

  • Growing organisations with many SaaS applications
  • Regulated firms facing RBI or SEBI audits
  • Enterprises consolidating identities after mergers

Faster, cleaner offboarding

Leavers lose access promptly across connected systems, reducing a common source of insider and audit risk.

Quicker onboarding

New staff receive the right access from day one through automated, role-driven provisioning.

Auditable access

Regular access reviews provide evidence of who can access what for auditors and regulators.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

How does IAM differ from SSO or MFA?

SSO and MFA are specific capabilities. IAM is the overall discipline: identity lifecycle, provisioning, authentication policy, authorisation models, access reviews and privileged access. We often deliver SSO, MFA and RBAC as components of a broader IAM programme.

Do we need an expensive commercial IAM platform?

Not always. Many organisations already own Microsoft Entra ID through Microsoft 365. Open-source Keycloak suits teams comfortable self-hosting. Commercial platforms like Okta add convenience and integrations. We compare licence costs, capabilities and operational effort for your situation.
