Multi-Factor Authentication Integration
Adding a second verification factor, such as authenticator apps, passkeys or hardware keys, to your applications and admin access, making stolen passwords far less useful to attackers.
Overview
Why it matters
for your business.
Passwords are reused, phished and leaked constantly. Multi-factor authentication requires something more, such as a code from an authenticator app, a push approval, a passkey or a hardware security key. We add MFA to your custom applications, admin consoles, VPNs and email, choosing factors that balance security with what your users can realistically adopt.
Implementation details matter. We favour phishing-resistant options like FIDO2 passkeys for administrators, design secure enrolment and recovery flows that cannot be trivially bypassed, and apply step-up verification for high-risk actions such as changing bank details. SMS OTP is supported where appropriate, with its known limitations explained clearly.

Outcomes
What changes
for your business.
Ideal for
- Fintech and banking customer apps
- Businesses securing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Admin panels of SaaS platforms
Stolen passwords blunted
Attackers holding a leaked password still face a second factor they are unlikely to have.
Protected admin access
Phishing-resistant factors on privileged accounts reduce the risk of high-impact account takeovers.
Manageable user experience
Risk-based prompts and sensible recovery keep friction reasonable for everyday users.

FAQ
Common
questions.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
Is SMS OTP good enough?
SMS OTP is better than a password alone and familiar to Indian users, but it is vulnerable to SIM swap and phishing. For higher-risk users and administrators, we recommend authenticator apps or passkeys. Regulated sectors should also check current RBI or sector guidance on authentication.
What happens when a user loses their phone?
We design recovery deliberately: backup codes, secondary registered factors or identity verification through your helpdesk. Recovery is often the weakest point attackers target, so it needs controls as strong as the MFA itself.
