API Development & Systems Integration

OAuth & Authentication Integration

Secure sign-in for your applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, social login, OTP and multi-factor authentication, implemented to current security practice.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Authentication is where many applications are weakest. Homegrown login code, passwords stored poorly, tokens that never expire and inconsistent access across apps create real security risk. Users also expect convenient options like Google sign-in, phone OTP or company single sign-on. We integrate standards-based authentication into your applications so sign-in is both easier for users and harder for attackers.

We start by reviewing your current login flows, user stores and threat model. Then we implement OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect through an identity provider such as Keycloak, Auth0, Amazon Cognito or Microsoft Entra ID, or harden your existing one. Token lifetimes, refresh flows, PKCE for mobile apps and multi-factor options are configured carefully. Existing users are migrated without forcing everyone to reset passwords.

Outcomes

What changes
for your business.

Ideal for

  • SaaS products adding enterprise SSO for customers
  • Organisations unifying logins across internal apps
  • Apps replacing homegrown password systems

Stronger account security

Standards-based tokens, MFA and secure storage reduce the risk of account takeover and credential leaks.

Simpler sign-in

Users log in with accounts they already trust, reducing forgotten passwords and support requests.

One identity everywhere

Single sign-on gives staff and customers one login across your web, mobile and partner applications.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Should we build our own login system or use an identity provider?

For most organisations, a proven identity provider is safer and cheaper over time. Open-source options such as Keycloak suit teams that want control and self-hosting, while managed services reduce operational effort. Building from scratch rarely makes sense unless you have specialist security engineers and very unusual requirements.

Can existing users keep their passwords when we migrate?

Often, yes. Many identity providers can import existing password hashes if the algorithm is supported, or migrate users gradually by verifying credentials against the old system at their next login. We plan the approach so users experience little or no disruption.
