Application Maintenance & Support

Ongoing corrective, adaptive and preventive maintenance for your business applications, so defects are fixed, integrations keep working and your software stays useful long after go-live.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Applications rarely fail in one dramatic moment. They drift: a payment gateway changes its API, a browser update breaks a form, a report slows as data grows, and the original developers have moved on. We take ownership of your live application, triage issues by business impact, fix defects at the root and keep integrations, dependencies and configurations current.

We start with a structured onboarding: code walkthrough, environment access, a review of open issues and a shared runbook. Work is then logged in a ticketing system, prioritised against the response targets in our SLA and your agreement, and released through a controlled pipeline. Each month you see what was fixed, what changed and what risks we recommend addressing next.

Outcomes

What changes
for your business.

Ideal for

  • Businesses running custom web or mobile apps
  • Teams whose original developers have moved on
  • Product companies needing post-launch engineering cover

Fewer recurring defects

Root-cause fixes stop the same issues reappearing every few weeks and consuming your team’s time.

Continuity without key-person risk

Documented knowledge and a shared runbook mean support no longer depends on one developer who may leave.

Predictable support effort

A defined scope and ticket workflow make it clear what is covered, what is extra and what happens next.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can you support an application that another vendor built?

Yes. Most of our maintenance work starts with code we did not write. We begin with a handover and code health assessment, document what we find, and flag any areas that need stabilisation before we commit to response targets under the agreement.

What is the difference between a fix and a change request?

Fixes restore the application to its agreed behaviour and are covered by the contract. New features, redesigns or changes in business logic are change requests. Small ones can come from a monthly enhancement allowance; larger ones are estimated and approved by you before work begins.
