IT Managed Services & Technical Support
Managed Cloud Infrastructure
End-to-end operation of your AWS, Azure or Google Cloud environment, from accounts, networking and security to monitoring and cost control, so your cloud stays well-governed and economical.
Overview
Why it matters
for your business.
Moving to the cloud removes hardware worries but adds new ones: sprawling accounts, open storage buckets, forgotten instances running up the bill and IAM roles nobody can explain. We run your cloud environment as a managed service, covering configuration, security posture, availability and spend, so your developers can focus on the product.
We start with a well-architected style review of your accounts, network, identity and costs, then agree a remediation plan. Ongoing, we manage infrastructure as code, monitor health and alerts, apply guardrails and review spend each month with rightsizing and reservation suggestions. Incidents are handled against the targets in our SLA and your agreement, with cloud provider support engaged where needed.

Outcomes
What changes
for your business.
Ideal for
- SaaS startups without a dedicated cloud team
- Enterprises running workloads across multiple clouds
- Businesses recently migrated to AWS or Azure
Controlled cloud spend
Regular cost reviews surface idle resources and better pricing options before they become a large bill.
Safer configurations
Guardrails and reviews catch public buckets, open ports and over-privileged roles early.
Repeatable environments
Infrastructure defined as code can be rebuilt, reviewed and audited instead of living in someone’s memory.

FAQ
Common
questions.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
Who owns the cloud accounts and billing?
You do. Accounts and billing stay in your organisation’s name and we work through delegated, role-based access. This keeps you in control of your data and lets you change providers or bring the work in-house without a painful migration.
Can you reduce our cloud bill straight away?
We usually find some quick savings in the first review, such as idle instances or oversized databases, but we do not promise a specific reduction. Changes that affect performance are tested and agreed with you before they are applied.
