IT Managed Services & Technical Support
Application Monitoring
Instrumentation, dashboards and alerting that show how your application behaves in production, so errors, slow transactions and failing dependencies are caught before users report them.
Overview
Why it matters
for your business.
If your first sign of trouble is a customer complaint, you are monitoring too little or watching the wrong things. Server CPU can look fine while checkout requests time out or a background job silently stops. We set up application-level monitoring that tracks errors, response times, queues and external dependencies from the inside.
We work with your developers to instrument key transactions, centralise logs and errors and define alert thresholds that reflect real user impact rather than noise. Dashboards are built for both engineers and managers. Alerts are routed to the right people, and if you choose, our support team watches them and responds within the targets in our SLA and your agreement.

FAQ
Common
questions.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
How is this different from Website Monitoring?
Website Monitoring checks your site from the outside: is it up, is the certificate valid, how fast does it load. Application Monitoring looks inside the software at errors, transaction times, database calls and background jobs, which helps explain why something is slow or failing.
Will monitoring agents slow down our application?
Modern APM agents add a small overhead that is usually negligible. We configure sampling sensibly, test in staging first and can adjust instrumentation if any measurable impact appears in production.
