Customer Analytics

Segmentation, retention, lifetime value and churn analysis that helps you understand who your customers are, why they stay or leave, and where to focus effort.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Treating every customer the same wastes money. Some buy once and vanish; others return for years. We analyse transaction, subscription and engagement history to build segments based on behaviour, such as recency, frequency and value, and to understand what distinguishes loyal customers from those who churn.

Results translate into action. Cohort analysis shows whether recent customers retain better than earlier ones. Lifetime value estimates guide how much you can sensibly spend to acquire or win back customers. We work with privacy in mind, using pseudonymised identifiers and respecting consent obligations under the DPDP Act 2023.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

What data do you need for customer analytics?

At minimum, a customer identifier, transaction dates and values. Subscription events, support tickets, product usage and campaign responses add depth. We can work with pseudonymised IDs, so names, phone numbers and emails need not leave your environment.

How is this different from sales and marketing analytics?

Sales and marketing analytics focuses on acquiring customers and converting pipeline. Customer analytics focuses on what happens after the first purchase: retention, repeat behaviour, lifetime value and churn. Many clients use both, but they answer different questions.
