Performance & Load Testing

Load, stress, spike and endurance testing that shows how your application behaves under expected and peak traffic, and where the bottlenecks are before customers feel them.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Applications that are quick with ten users can grind to a halt during a sale, an admission season or a results announcement. We model realistic traffic from your analytics and business forecasts, then simulate it against a production-like environment to measure response times, throughput and error rates as load increases.

Testing goes beyond a single number. Stress tests find breaking points, spike tests mimic sudden surges, and endurance runs expose memory leaks over hours. We correlate results with server, database and application monitoring to pinpoint bottlenecks, such as slow queries or connection pool limits, and retest after fixes to confirm improvement.

Outcomes

What changes
for your business.

Ideal for

  • E-commerce sites preparing for festive sales
  • Edtech and exam platforms with seasonal peaks
  • Fintech apps handling high transaction volumes

Known capacity limits

You learn roughly how much traffic your system handles before response times degrade unacceptably.

Bottlenecks identified

Correlated monitoring points developers to the specific queries, services or settings slowing the system.

Calmer peak events

Preparing for sales, enrolments or launches in advance reduces the risk of outages on the busiest days.

How we deliver

A clear, accountable
process.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined approach, adapted to the size and urgency of your project.

  1. 01

    Assess

We understand your data sources, applications or risks and agree priorities and scope.

  2. 02

    Plan

A clear approach covering tools, coverage, controls and responsibilities is agreed with you.

  3. 03

    Implement

We build the pipelines, dashboards, test suites or security controls and verify they work.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can you load test our production environment?

We generally recommend a production-like staging environment to avoid affecting customers. If production testing is unavoidable, we plan low-traffic windows, notify hosting providers and any CDN or WAF services, use synthetic accounts and agree abort criteria in advance.

Will load testing trigger costs from our cloud provider?

Possibly, since autoscaling and data transfer are billed by usage. We estimate the likely scale before testing, set budget alerts and scale down afterwards. Load generation itself can usually run on modest, short-lived cloud instances.
