Doesn't Microsoft 365 already back up our data?
Microsoft protects its service against infrastructure failures and offers retention features, but it is not a full backup in the traditional sense. Accidental deletions beyond retention, malicious changes or account removals can still cause loss. A separate backup gives you independent, longer-term recovery points.
How is this different from backup and disaster recovery planning?
