Firmware may be outdated, RAID must be set correctly for the workload, redundant power and network links need connecting and the out-of-band management port should be secured. Getting these basics wrong causes performance problems and failures that surface months later. Our engineers install servers carefully and to a consistent standard.
We rack and cable servers neatly, update BIOS and firmware to supported versions and configure RAID or HBA modes based on your storage design. Then we install Windows Server, Linux or a hypervisor, apply patches, set up NIC teaming and VLANs, and secure remote management such as iLO, iDRAC or XClarity. Burn-in tests confirm stability before handover.

Do you work with servers from vendors other than HPE?
Yes. We install and configure Dell PowerEdge, Lenovo ThinkSystem, Cisco UCS and other mainstream servers as well as HPE ProLiant. The process is consistent; only vendor-specific tools for firmware and remote management differ.
What do we need ready before installation day?
Rack space, suitable power with correct sockets, network switch ports and IP addresses, and software licences or media. We send a pre-installation checklist in advance so nothing delays the work once our engineer arrives.
