01What you can ask for

02Who can make a request
You can make a request for yourself, or on behalf of someone else if you are their nominee, the parent or lawful guardian of a child, the lawful guardian of a person with a disability, or an authorised representative. We will ask for evidence of authority in those cases.
03Verifying your identity
To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address we hold for you. We only ask for what we need and delete verification documents once the request is complete.
04How long it takes
We acknowledge requests within 7 days and aim to complete them within 30 days. If a request is complex, we'll explain why and tell you when to expect a response. Requests are free of charge.
05If your data is held for one of our clients
If we process your data as a service provider for one of our clients, that client decides how it is used. We will forward your request to them and support them in responding.
06If you are not satisfied
You can escalate to our Grievance Officer. If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, where the GDPR applies, your local supervisory authority.
