Project-Based Technical Teams

A self-contained, cross-functional team assembled to deliver a specific project with defined scope and milestones, then hand it over, so you get delivery accountability for a bounded initiative.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Some initiatives are clearly bounded: a customer portal, a legacy migration, a mobile app launch or an integration with a new ERP. You need a team that takes responsibility for delivering it, not just people to manage. We assemble a project team with the right mix of roles and run it against agreed milestones.

We begin with a discovery phase to firm up scope, risks and acceptance criteria, then propose team composition, milestones and a commercial model. The team runs its own delivery process, with demos and steering updates for your stakeholders. At the end, we hand over code, documentation and environments, with optional support afterwards under a separate agreement.

for your business.

Ideal for

  • Businesses without internal delivery management

Clear delivery accountability

One team owns the outcome against milestones, instead of you coordinating individual contractors.

No long-term overhead

The team disbands after handover, so you avoid carrying extra headcount once the project ends.

Regular demos and milestone reviews keep stakeholders informed and decisions moving.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Is this fixed-price or time-and-materials?

Both are possible. Well-defined projects can be fixed-price per milestone, while those with evolving scope suit time-and-materials with a capped budget. We recommend a model after discovery, once risks and scope are clearer.

How are scope changes handled mid-project?

Changes go through a simple change-request process. We assess the impact on timeline and cost, share it with you and proceed only after written approval, so the plan stays realistic.
