Inventory & Warehouse Management Software

Inventory and warehouse software that tracks stock by location, batch and serial number, with barcode-driven receiving, picking and dispatch, so you know exactly what you have and where.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Stock mismatches cost money twice: once in emergency purchases and again in dead stock nobody knew existed. Warehouses relying on paper pick lists and periodic counts cannot keep pace with growing order volumes or marketplace channels. We build inventory and warehouse software that records every movement as it happens, from goods receipt to put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.

We start by walking your warehouse floor, mapping bin locations, product attributes and handling rules such as FIFO, FEFO or batch expiry. Handheld scanners or Android phones drive day-to-day tasks, and cycle counts replace disruptive full stock-takes. The system integrates with your ERP, e-commerce stores and courier partners so stock levels stay consistent across every channel you sell through.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do we need special hardware to use the system?

Not necessarily. Many warehouses start with rugged Android phones using the camera to scan barcodes, plus a label printer. High-volume sites usually benefit from dedicated handheld scanners such as Zebra devices. We assess your volumes and environment and recommend hardware that suits your budget and workload.

Can the software sync stock with Amazon, Flipkart and our website?

Yes. We integrate with marketplace and storefront APIs, or through aggregators where appropriate, so available stock is pushed out after each movement and orders flow back for picking. Buffer stock rules can be set per channel to reduce the risk of overselling during busy periods.
