KPI Monitoring & Business Reporting

A defined set of KPIs with targets, thresholds and owners, tracked through regular reports and alerts so you notice performance drift before it becomes a crisis.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Tracking forty metrics is the same as tracking none. We work with leadership to choose a focused set of indicators tied to strategy, such as collection days, order fulfilment time or student retention, and define each precisely: formula, data source, owner, target and the threshold that should prompt action.

Reporting then follows a rhythm. Weekly operational summaries, monthly management packs and board-level views each show the right level of detail. Threshold breaches trigger alerts to the KPI owner, and commentary fields capture the explanation. Over time, the record of targets, actuals and actions becomes a useful management history.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

How many KPIs should we track?

There is no fixed number, but most leadership teams work well with roughly eight to fifteen top-level indicators, each supported by more detailed operational metrics. We help you cut measures that nobody acts on.

How is this different from building a BI dashboard?

Dashboard development focuses on the interactive tool. KPI monitoring focuses on the management system: choosing indicators, setting targets, assigning owners, defining thresholds and running a review rhythm. The dashboard is just one way of presenting it.
