Government & Institutional Portals

Citizen and stakeholder portals for government departments, PSUs and public institutions, built to GIGW and accessibility norms, with secure services, multilingual content and integration with national platforms.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

Public bodies must serve citizens across languages, devices and abilities, while meeting security, accessibility and transparency requirements. Many departmental sites still offer only downloadable PDFs, pushing people to visit offices for simple services. We build government and institutional portals that publish information clearly and deliver online services such as applications, grievances, certificates and payments.

Projects follow the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and WCAG accessibility standards, with Hindi, English and regional language support. We integrate with platforms such as DigiLocker, Aadhaar-based eKYC, PayGov or bank gateways and SMS services as required. Security testing is planned for CERT-In empanelled audits, and hosting can be arranged on MeghRaj or NIC-approved infrastructure. Content workflows support RTI and proactive disclosure obligations.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can you prepare the portal for a CERT-In empanelled security audit?

Yes. We follow OWASP secure coding practices, harden servers, run our own vulnerability scans and fix findings before the formal audit. The audit itself is conducted by an independent CERT-In empanelled auditor of your choice, and we remediate any observations they raise until a clearance certificate is issued.

Do you support procurement through GeM or tenders?

We can respond to tenders and provide the technical documentation, compliance matrices and proposals that public procurement typically requires. Eligibility for any specific tender depends on its conditions, so we review each one carefully before bidding and are transparent about how we meet the criteria.
