Custom Software Development

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

ERP implementation and custom development that connects finance, procurement, production, inventory and sales on a single data model, giving leadership reliable numbers and operations a shared plan.

Overview

Why it matters
for your business.

When finance, stores, production and sales each keep their own records, month-end closing drags on and nobody agrees on the real stock or margin. An ERP fixes this only if it reflects how your plants, warehouses and entities really operate. We implement and extend ERP platforms, or build custom modules where packaged ones fall short, so every department works from the same transactions.

We run a structured implementation: fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, integration and user acceptance testing, followed by a planned go-live with hypercare support. Customisations are kept upgrade-safe and documented. GST, e-invoicing and e-way bill requirements are built into the design for Indian entities, while multi-currency and multi-company setups support businesses that also trade overseas.

for your business.

  • Mid-sized firms replacing disconnected accounting and stock tools

Faster month-end close

Integrated transactions reduce reconciliation effort, so finance spends less time chasing figures across departments.

Reliable stock and costing

Production, purchase and sales update the same inventory records, giving accurate valuations and material planning.

Compliance built in

Statutory documents such as GST invoices and e-way bills are generated from the system, not prepared separately.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Which ERP platform do you recommend?

There is no single answer. Odoo and ERPNext suit many MSMEs and offer open-source flexibility, while SAP Business One or Dynamics 365 Business Central may suit firms with established Microsoft or SAP ecosystems. We assess your industry, budget, user count and in-house skills before recommending a platform, or a custom build where needed.

How do you reduce the risk of a failed ERP go-live?

We phase the rollout, run parallel trials with real transactions, and only migrate cleaned master data. Key users are trained early so they can support colleagues. A cut-over checklist, rollback plan and dedicated hypercare period after go-live help resolve issues quickly before they affect customers or statutory filings.
