IT Managed Services & Technical Support
Software Updates & Patch Management
A disciplined process for testing and rolling out operating system, application and firmware patches across your devices and servers, closing known vulnerabilities without disrupting daily work.
Overview
Why it matters
for your business.
Unpatched software is one of the commonest ways attackers get in, yet patching is easy to postpone. Updates break things, laptops are rarely online at the right time and nobody has a clear view of which machines are behind. We run patch management as a routine cycle with clear visibility and control.
We build an inventory of endpoints, servers and key applications, group them by risk and agree patch windows with you. Patches are tested on a pilot group, deployed in waves and verified, with rollback plans for critical systems. Urgent security advisories, including those highlighted by CERT-In and vendors, are assessed quickly and fast-tracked where the risk warrants it.
What's included
- Software and device inventory with patch status
- Patch policy and maintenance window schedule

FAQ
Common
questions.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
Do you patch third-party software as well as Windows?
Yes. Browsers, PDF readers, Java, Zoom-style meeting tools and similar applications are frequent targets, so we include common third-party software alongside operating system and server patching. Line-of-business applications are patched in coordination with their vendors.
What if a patch breaks something?
Patches go to a pilot group first, so most issues surface early. If a problem reaches production, we pause the rollout, roll back where possible and work with the vendor or your team on a workaround before resuming.
