Will the health check disrupt production systems?
No. Data collection uses read-only tools and logs, and runs without restarting servers or changing configuration. The only exception is an optional backup restore test, which we perform into an isolated location agreed with you beforehand.
Do you fix the issues found?
The health check itself reports findings. Many clients ask us to remediate critical items straight away, which we quote separately, while others assign fixes to their own team. Either way, the report gives enough detail to act on each finding.
