Who owns the code the team writes?
You do. Our agreement assigns intellectual property for work produced for you to your organisation, code is committed to your repositories and access is managed by your administrators. Confidentiality obligations apply to every team member.
What happens if a team member leaves?
We recruit a replacement, arrange an overlap period where possible and run a structured handover so knowledge is not lost. Notice periods and replacement commitments are set out in the agreement.
