Does this replace the e-procurement portal or GeM?
No. Bidding must still happen on the mandated platforms such as CPPP, state e-procurement portals or GeM. Our application manages the internal steps before and after bidding, and stores references, documents and outcomes from those platforms so the complete procurement trail sits in one place.
Can it handle our specific procurement manual?
Yes. We configure approval thresholds, committee compositions, evaluation methods such as L1 or QCBS, and required documents based on your manual and GFR provisions. Administrators can adjust thresholds and roles when rules are revised, with changes recorded for audit.
